Lenny did an electrical and fire safety check for me and replaced some switches. He was personable, professional and very tidy in his work. He was on time and an excellent communicator. Would recommend him and absolutely use him again. The company was also easy to communicate with and able to accommodate my availability and clear text reminders.

Everyone needs an Albert in their life! I reached out to MelWide for an electrical quote to change some things in my house, the quote was reasonable and their reviews were good so I proceeded. Albert arrived on time and quickly ascertained what the problems were. He explained everything to me in layman’s terms and gave me various options on how to fix them. The job ended up being too much to do in one day (as I kept adding stuff) so the team accommodated the next day and time that I preferred and Albert came back to finish the job. I cannot speak highly enough of him - you can see he takes pride in his work and strives to ensure he delivers the highest quality of work for the least expense to the customer - a rarity in today’s trades from my experiences. I am thrilled with the final result, and relieved that my house is now safer. Moving forward, I will only use MelWide for my electrical needs and will always be requesting Albert to complete the work. Great company to deal with all round, well done and thank you.

Lenny was a champ … On time … courteous … attention to detail … a reminder of a service level that was more common 50 years ago …. Nothing was too much trouble … And … the price was very, very reasonable … I’d would recommend and will use them again when I need Elec or Gas repairs, safety checks etc … And a shout out to Kirk also who came earlier in the day for the plumbing … same punctuality, same pleasant service … Clearly a good company culture … Hard to find these days … Top notch !!!

I highly recommend Melbourne Wide Electrical. Our house experienced a power outage due to power tripping from loose connections in the circuit breaker which caused it to short circuit. I called them the following morning, and they were able to attend our home quickly on short notice. There were no hidden fees, and they were transparent with us throughout the entire process. The call-out and repair costs were extremely reasonable in my opinion. All up was around $400. Albert and Milan came out to fix the problem and did an amazing job! They were also happy to change our outdoor power point, which we requested in addition to the original issue. Both were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything and answer all of our questions. Losing power was a very stressful experience, but the team at Melbourne Wide Electrical took great care of us and worked efficiently. I can’t recommend them highly enough and will definitely be calling them again if we have any future electrical issue 😊 Keep up the great work, and thank you! 🙏

Lenny F. attended my property to check the smoke alarms and ensure everything was working safely. He was punctual, professional, and very thorough. He carefully tested all alarms and explained what he was doing, making sure they were fully operational and compliant. I felt confident that my home is now safe thanks to his attention to detail. James was great - was a little late but I was kept informed And once he arrived he was super efficient. Two of our units needed extensive cleaning which was completed well and all included in the original quote. Very happy with all aspects of service from getting a quote to the work being completed three days later. Would not hesitate to recommend Melbourne Wide.

Lenny was super lovely. Communicated clearly about what he was doing and approximately how long things would take. He was polite, respectful, helpful and efficient. Would definitely recommend! Great at indulging our curious kids while still getting everything sorted quickly.

Highly recommend. Did a lot of research looking for a company to do gas and electrical safety checks after hearing stories from others who had been overcharged or taken advantage of. Melbourne Wide had great reviews which was a good start. Sonya was very helpful, prompt communication by both email and phone, and made the booking process easy. Zach was fantastic on the job, on time (I think he may have even been waiting patiently for me to arrive), trustworthy and transparent, and he explained everything and kept me informed.

Professional, efficient & friendly service. Our aircon started leaking during recent heatwave and Melbourne Wide had someone out same-day to get it working again. Then within a week we had it fully serviced, as well as a bunch of other pending electrical jobs completed (new pendant lights installed, kitchen lighting fixed, new 4-gang socket installed) - all done in about half a day with minimal distruption and at a totally reasonable price. Top quality work and all looks great. Would not hesitate to call them again. Highly recommend - thank you!
